Ask for these before you decide
- Is the size what I ordered? — Ask for: a photo with a tape measure across a stated dimension.
- Is the colour what the listing showed? — Ask for: a photo without a colour filter or heavy lighting.
- Is the material what the listing claimed? — Ask for: a close photo of stitching or seams; a photo of the inside or lining.
- Is the logo placed and sized as expected? — Ask for: a close photo of stitching or seams.
- Has it been worn or tried on? — Ask for: a photo of the sole, hem or other wear surface; the packaging as it arrived at the warehouse.
- Did both items of the pair arrive? — Ask for: both items of the pair in one frame.
- Was it damaged before packing? — Ask for: the packaging as it arrived at the warehouse.
Questions no photo can settle

Authenticity is not a property a warehouse photo can show. Neither is material composition, thread count or the inside of a sealed box. A tool that scored those from photographs would be inventing a number, so this one lists them as out of scope instead.
What this tool does not do
It does not score the item. Photos cannot establish material composition or authenticity, and this tool says so rather than guessing.
