The live sheet
Eight agents, on the same five points each
Same questions for every one of them: what it is, how a link gets in, what is actually inspected, what it charges, and what it cannot do. Where a platform has not published an answer, the page says so instead of borrowing a competitor’s terms.
This is not a ranking and it is not a shortlist. 2 of the eight entries below rest on two or fewer verified facts, because that is all their own pages publish. A thin entry means the platform is opaque, not that it is bad.
The eight
Why a page can be mostly blank
Across the agents read for this desk, published inspection scope is the exception rather than the rule. Storage windows are published by some. Fee schedules are usually published as marketing language rather than as terms. When none of that is on the page, the honest entry is a short one — and a short entry is still more useful than a comparison table filled in from a competitor’s wording.
The one thing every entry does carry is the flow itself: what stays possible and what closes, which does not depend on the agent at all. That lives on the stage pages and in the returns topic.
