Who writes it
One desk, writing in the open. There is no byline you can look up, and pretending otherwise would be the first dishonest thing on the site. What can be checked instead is the sourcing, which is why every claim that rests on a platform rule names the page it came from and the month it was read.
Four kinds of statement, and no fifth
Everything on this site is one of four things. If a sentence does not fit one of them, it does not belong here.
| Type | What it means | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Flow dependency | Holds because of the order of events, not because a company says so. True for any agent. | An international label cannot exist before a parcel is sealed, so a request for one earlier is meaningless. |
| Published rule | Quoted from a platform’s own page, with the page named and the month recorded. | The no-reason return window is counted in hours from a status change, not in working days. |
| Worked example | Arithmetic shown in full, with the inputs visible so the reader can redo it. | At a divisor of 6000, a 45 × 35 × 25 cm box implies about 6.6 kg regardless of contents. |
| Recorded conflict | Two public sources disagree. Both are shown, neither is adopted, and the next monthly read is what resolves it. | A third-party guide says an agent closed; the agent’s own domain was still serving notices. |
What is refused outright
- Repeating a number that has no published source. Figures that circulate in community threads without a page behind them are recorded as circulating claims, never as facts. A widely repeated photo-count claim is handled exactly this way.
- Filling a gap with a competitor’s terms. Where one agent publishes a storage window and another does not, the second one’s entry stays empty. Borrowing the first one’s wording would make the comparison look complete and be wrong.
- Ranking. The agent pages use the same five headings in the same order precisely so they can be read side by side without a leaderboard appearing.
- Publishing coupon codes. A code cannot be verified without placing an order, so this desk does not list any and does not claim to know which are live.
- Refreshing dates to look active. A page’s date changes when its content changes. Nothing on this site carries today’s date for appearances.
- Advice that only works if you buy something. If an honest answer is “this is not worth doing for one cheap item”, that is the answer that gets written.
How pages stay current
Platform rules are re-read monthly and captured on the term snapshot pages, where a row changes only when the wording behind it changes. Conflicts between sources are recorded in the same place rather than settled by preference. A page on this site can therefore be out of date — but it will be visibly out of date, with a date attached, rather than quietly so.
Correcting something
Write to [email protected] with the page address and the sentence you think is wrong. The most useful corrections come with a link to the page that contradicts this one, or a screenshot of a support reply — those can be acted on the same day. A correction that arrives with a source is what moves a row out of not stated.
Corrections are not published as a comment stream and no account is required to send one. Where a correction changes a page, the page’s date changes with it.
How this is paid for
Outbound referrals, and nothing else. The full arrangement, including what is never accepted, is written out on the funding page. It is a short page, deliberately.
The catalogue is a separate site, run by different people. This desk only explains it.
