What is not collected
This site has no account system, no sign-in, no comment facility, no contact form, no newsletter and no upload. It therefore does not receive a name, an email address, a password, a postal address, a payment detail or a document from any reader, because there is no mechanism through which one could be sent. Nothing on this site asks for an order number or a screenshot; corrections arrive by ordinary email and are read by a person.
There is no advertising pixel, no session recording, no cross-site tracker and no third-party font or script loaded from anywhere other than this domain and the hosting provider’s own measurement endpoint (described in the table below). Pages load only from this domain.
What is stored, and where
| Item | Where it lives | Why | How to remove it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your colour-theme choice | Your own browser’s local storage, under a single key | So the page does not flash the wrong theme on your next visit. Choosing “Auto” deletes the entry rather than storing an auto value. | Pick “Auto” in the theme control, or clear site data for this domain. |
| Anything you type into a tool | Nowhere. It stays in the open tab | The tools compute in your browser. Nothing is transmitted, logged or saved, which is why a checklist you build disappears when you close the tab. | Close the tab. |
| Aggregate visit counts (page views, referrer, country, device class) collected by the hosting provider | The hosting provider’s own measurement service | Cloudflare serves this site and injects its own measurement script into HTML responses. It is cookieless: it does not set an identifier, does not follow you to other sites, and reports counts rather than individual visits. This desk sees only the aggregate. It is the sole exception to the “this domain only” rule above, and the content security policy names that one endpoint explicitly. | Not removable by this desk; it holds no per-person record. Blockingstatic.cloudflareinsights.com in your browser stops it entirely and does not affect any page here. |
| Server request logs | The hosting network that serves this site | Standard for any web host: IP address, requested path, user agent and timestamp, kept for security and operational purposes under that provider’s terms. | Not removable by this desk; it does not hold them. |
If you would rather none of the third row existed, the honest thing to say is that it is outside this desk’s control while the site is served by Cloudflare — and that the row is written here rather than omitted.
When you follow a link off this site
Outbound links open in a new tab and carry a parameter that identifies this site as the source of the visit, so that the receiving site can credit it. That parameter identifies this site, not you: it contains a domain name and nothing else. It is not a cookie, it does not persist between visits, and this desk cannot see what you do after you leave.
Once you are on another site, that site’s own privacy terms apply. It may set cookies, ask you to register, or record your activity — none of which is visible to, or controlled by, this desk. Read its terms as you would any other site’s. See the funding page for why the parameter exists at all.
Age
This site is written for adults placing orders for goods, and it is not directed at children. Since no personal data is collected from anyone, no special handling for younger readers is required — but nothing here is written for them either.
If you are in a jurisdiction with data rights
Requests to access, correct or delete personal data cannot be fulfilled by this desk, because it holds none. The two things that might be described as data are your local theme preference, which never leaves your browser and which you can delete yourself, and the hosting provider’s request logs, which are held by that provider under its own terms and its own retention period. A request sent to this desk about those logs will be answered by explaining exactly that.
Changes to this page
If a feature is ever added that stores something new, this page changes on the same day and the change carries a date. Until then, the table above is the full list, and the absence of analytics is the reason it is short enough to read in a minute.
Outbound visits are credited to this desk; the receiving site’s own terms then apply.
