1. What this service is
Sheetdeal is an information and tool site about shopping-agent orders: how the stages run, what each stage costs, which actions close when, and what a platform’s published rules actually say. It is written for readers and funded by outbound referrals, as described on the funding page.
It is not a shop, an agent, a forwarder or a payment intermediary. It does not sell goods, hold stock, quote binding prices, accept orders, receive payment, arrange carriage or handle customs entries. No transaction of any kind is concluded on this site.
2. Accuracy, and its limits
Platform rules, thresholds and fees change, sometimes without notice. Pages here carry the date of their last substantive change, and the term snapshot pages record what a platform’s own page said in a given month so that a change can be seen rather than asserted.
Even so: nothing here is a guarantee of a current rule, a current fee, a delivery time, a customs outcome or a platform’s continued operation. Where a figure could not be verified it is marked as unverified rather than estimated, and a page that shows a gap is doing so deliberately. Before you rely on any figure for a decision, confirm it on the page that owns it.
3. The calculators
Every calculator on this site runs in your browser, from figures you supply, and produces arithmetic rather than advice. Results depend entirely on your inputs. A weight comparison does not know your carrier’s rounding rule; a duty estimate does not know your destination’s current threshold; a size comparison does not know how either chart was measured. Each tool states its own limits on its page, and those statements are part of these terms.
4. Third-party links and sites
This site links to third-party sites, including Kabosheet and platforms’ own help pages. Those sites are not controlled by this desk and are not endorsed by it. Their terms, prices, availability, policies and conduct are theirs alone, and any dispute arising from a transaction with them is between you and them. Outbound links are marked as sponsored in the page source and open in a new tab.
A link being present here means only that the page was reachable and relevant when it was read. It does not mean the destination is accurate, safe, or still operating.
5. Acceptable use and reuse
You may read, quote and cite this site freely, including in messages to agents and in community posts, provided you do not present quotations as your own writing or as a platform’s official statement. The original tables, the tools and the snapshot records may be cited with a link back to the page they came from.
You may not bulk-copy the site to republish it as your own, present its unverified markers as verified facts, or use the site’s name to imply an endorsement of a product, service or platform. Automated scraping that degrades the service for readers is not welcome; the underlying facts are usually a platform’s own published pages, and those are better read at the source.
6. No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this desk is not liable for loss arising from reliance on anything published here — including a missed deadline, a duty charge you did not expect, a parcel delayed or seized, a return window that closed, or a decision made using a calculator result.
The deadlines that matter most — a return window counted in hours, a claim window counted from signing — are enforced by platforms and carriers, not by this site. A page here can describe a window and still be out of date. Check the deadline against the platform’s own page or a written support reply before you plan around it.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms change when the site changes, and the date at the top of the page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies. If a future change introduces something the current version does not cover — a form, an account, a subscription — that change will be described here on the day it takes effect, not afterwards.
8. Contact
Questions about these terms, and corrections to anything on the site, go to [email protected]. A correction that arrives with a link to the page that contradicts this one is the fastest route to a change; the method behind that is set out in the charter.
A separate site, with its own terms. Nothing here is written or approved by it.
